Idyllic cottage with lake plot

Warm welcome to a 200-year-old cottage that is completely undisturbed by a beautiful lake. Here you can swim from one of the jetties, from the small beach or if you prefer to swim in the wood-fired hot tub. You can also hike in the woods (there are plenty of berries and mushrooms in season) or just enjoy the tranquility. There is a cozy lake cabin with wonderful views of the lake where you can spend lovely evenings. The space The cottage is 200 years old, which gives it a fantastic character, but it also leads to some challenges. This is especially noticeable on the upper floor where the stairs up are steep and the ceilings are low. The kitchen was renovated in the old style in 2022. The water is lake water that is filtered with particulate and carbon filters. There are all the normal amenities such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom was built in 2023 and there is a shower and a combustion toilet (fresh and odorless). There are three bedrooms, one on the lower floor (2 beds) and two on the upper floor (3 and 4 beds respectively). Large lovely plot directly adjacent to the lake. In the lake house, it is possible to set the table for many people. Wood-fired hot tub available to use. Guest access You have access to the whole house, the lake house, a small oak and a wood-fired hot tub. On the property, there is also a wood and tool shed, a soil cellar and a barn. Guests do not normally need access to these buildings. If you need to charge an electric car, this is available in the barn, if this is used, there will be an additional electricity cost. Other things to note You are expected to clean the house yourself (cleaning materials are available). Bed linens and towels are not included, so you bring them yourself. Pillows and duvets are provided for the beds. Smoking is not permitted inside.
