Heemskerk's beach is just a short bike ride away, and the stunning dunes begin right behind our house, perfect for walks or bike rides. Whether you're seeking tranquility or adventure, our Duin Praktijk is the perfect base for your stay. With your own private entrance, you can come and go as you please. Tastefully decorated and furnished, feel at home in our vacation rental. There's a cosy living room with digital TV and WiFi internet, a separated fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower + washing machine. Our place is perfect for relaxing. Guest access Our Duin Praktijk is a fully independent accommodation with its own private entrance. At the front door, there is a small seating area where you can relax outdoors. Inside, the space is spacious and fully equipped, so you'll feel right at home. The bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom but is also for both bedrooms. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and is located near the living room, at the front of the space. The spacious entrance hall provides plenty of room to store bicycles if you prefer. There is ample storage space in the kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, our accommodation offers the privacy and comfort you're looking for. Other things to note Our house is easily accessible by public transport. Within a 3-minute walk, there are no fewer than three different bus stops, each of which takes you to one of the surrounding train stations (Heemskerk, Beverwijk, Uitgeest, or Castricum) in just 10 minutes. All these stations offer direct connections to cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Zaandam, and Alkmaar (and further into the Netherlands). Some examples: • Castricum Station → Amsterdam: 24 minutes. • Castricum Station → Alkmaar: 9 minutes. • Beverwijk Station → Haarlem: 17 minutes. • Uitgeest Station → Zaanse Schans: 11 minutes.
