Home by the lake

Relax with family or friends at this peaceful place by the lake 5 minutes away from the beach. Our holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people and is happy to welcome one small dog. Kindly note there is a fixed extra fee for group of friends of 50eur. The space Ideally located towards the back of a small holiday park for extra quiet time, the house offers a view on the lake and the nearby countryside. You can enjoy the beach or nice walks by the Oosterschelde just 5 minutes walk away from the house. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom and a 2nd bedroom equipped with double bunks bed. You will have access to a convenient bathroom including a shower, a washing machine and a dryer. There is a separate toilet for more comfort. Master bed room, bed size: 160 x 200 Bunk beds, 2 beds with the same size: 140 x 190 The terrace includes a larger dining table covered by a large shade to accommodate to the summer sun. Guest access Prior to your arrival we will send through the code to open the key box. Make sure to return the key in the box before your departure. Please bring your bed linen, bath and kitchen towels which are not provided. They can be rented at the reception desk (kindly check opening hours which are limited during the winter). We ask you to clean the full place before you leave with the principle "Leave it as you wish to find it" ;o) You will find all the needed equipment at your disposal to do so. The following guests assess the quality of your cleaning on arrival. Upon request and with additional charge cleaning can be organized for you. Other things to note We allow one small dog who must be clean and not damage anything (fee will be applied for any damages). The property has a fence all around except on the lake side. Kindly remove any hair and use the house spray before you leave to avoid any inconvenience for the next guests. Please make sure your dog don't go into the bed or the couches.
