Cyv - A unique Villa on a Lake

The Red Villa is a dream destination for adults and kids to enjoy their holiday by the beautiful Jämijärvi lake. Admire the lake view, have a sauna and a swim in the lake and enjoy the sandy private beach. Go fishing and/or rowing on the lake. Directly from the Villa door you can reach most fascinating natural attractions in the area. Hiking & cycling trails, cross-country ski trails and plenty of exciting things to do. The cottage has five (5) double bedrooms and a good level of equipment. The space The house has five bedrooms (beds for ten people). The house has three shower rooms and toilets. The house has an electric sauna. The house has a living room, dining area, and a fireplace room. The house has a large, furnished, and well-equipped kitchen. The house has good cleaning equipment. The house has two terraces upstairs and one large terrace downstairs. Bedroom number 6 is not available for use. The upstairs storage room must be kept locked. Quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The cleaning costs are used to clean the floors, sheets and towels, if additional cleaning or difficult stains are necessary, there will be a supplement. Check-out time at 11:00 in the morning. For stays longer than 1 week a supplement for the electricity that passes 50€ is charged. A linen fee is charged separately. Legalized housing, paying licenses, insurance, taxes, etc. We will ask you for a damage deposit of 300€ upon arrival by registering a credit card that the system will pre-authorized. Longer rentals over 1 week the deposit will be charged and returned by bank transfer.
