Living Room: Ideal for relaxation with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV (Netflix, Spotify, etc.). A large sliding wardrobe provides space for your clothes. Bedroom: Cozy and comfortable with soft bedding. 100% cotton bedding. Mattress periodically disinfected. Bathroom: Stylish, newly renovated with a bathtub, washing machine, and sink. Other things to note Kindly be advised that a strict no-smoking policy is enforced throughout the entire apartment, encompassing all forms of tobacco, including electronic and traditional cigarettes. A final cleaning fee is not applied. Nevertheless, we respectfully request that guests wash any used dishes and dispose of their waste. Detailed guidelines regarding the check-out procedure can be found in the Property Regulations, which we kindly ask you to review upon arrival. Please be informed that guests may be held liable for the costs of repairing any damages incurred during their stay.
