Norman house with heated pool

!!! Swimming pool open from May to September!!! Our house is located 10 minutes from the A13 (1 hour 10 minutes from Paris, 25 minutes from Giverny). Thanks to its large enclosed garden, overlooking the countryside, the house offers a green setting for a quiet stay with family or friends. Many walks are accessible from the house, on foot or by bicycle. To discover in the region: the Château de Bizy, Giverny, Château Gaillard, Vernon... You can also easily ride a horse or go canoeing. The space The house, about 100 m2, is equipped with Wi-Fi and fiber optics. It consists of: On the ground floor: - a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, coffee machine, toaster - a living room equipped with a wood-burning stove for an evening by the fire and a TV - a bed area, separated from the living room by a double curtain, including a 140 cm double bed - a dining room where you will find some board games to share a moment with your family - bathroom with bathtub - a separate toilet - a closed garage/laundry area but in which you can't park a vehicle You'll find a second fridge, washing machine, dryer, ping pong table. Upstairs accessible by stairs: - a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 190 cm, a keyboard for musicians, a large desk for teleworking and a toilet/sink area - one bedroom with two twin beds of 90 x 190 cm Upon arrival, beds are ready and bath and pool towels are provided. Guest access You can access the accommodation through a secure box Other things to note ATTENTION: Important information: The heated pool is only open from May to September. It is equipped, to comply with pool safety legislation, with a bar cover with manual opening and closing. There is therefore no remote control to open and close the pool. The accommodation is non-smoking inside and parties are prohibited. No pets allowed. Additional tenants are not accepted once the maximum capacity of the number of guests, 6 people, is reached.
