Our apartment with its own garden area, nestled in a 3000 m² fenced garden, invites you to unwind. Coziness, tranquility and relaxation, the in-house sauna and many excursion destinations in the area help to switch off from everyday life. Pure nature in the lake triangle between Lake Müritz, Lake Plau and Lake Malchow invites you to hike, cycle or boat. Idyllic towns and various museums to discover and much more are also available all around. The space The living space of the 2-room FeWo is 55 m². After many years of experience traveling, we lovingly designed and equipped the apartment in 2024. Own photos of the area and souvenirs give her own charm. In addition to the apartment, our offer also includes the possibility to charge your electric vehicle at our wallbox (with meter) for a fee and to use our in-house sauna in the wellness room via direct access. And our 4 chickens ensure that you can also buy freshly laid organic eggs from us on request. The apartment includes: - a 16 m² bedroom with external blind, wardrobe and highboard, as well as a small Work & reading nook that also offers space for a crib. - one 8m2 bathroom (with shower) en suite - the 18 m² living area with fully equipped EBK (with oven, dishwasher, large Fridge-freezer, microwave and various Electrical appliances, raclette, etc.), a dining area for 4 people and the living room area incl. 42" Smart TV. The sofa can also be converted into a sofa bed (lying area 140 x 200 cm) if necessary - A spacious hallway - separate, private entrance in the front of the house with its own small furnished terrace In addition, there is a cozy covered outdoor seating area in your garden area. Here, in addition to the table with chairs, several sun loungers and your own barbecue (charcoal or barbecue briquettes) are also available. The various seating areas on the terraces and additional sun loungers provide coziness in the garden. Cleaning products and vacuum cleaners for an intermediate cleaning are available in the apartment. If something is missing in the kitchen what you need (blender, etc.), please ask, we have everything there. Coffee machines are available for selection: 1x filter machine with thermos 1x Senseo coffee pad machine for 1 - 2 cups Free- Desired Amenities: If needed, we provide a baby travel cot (120 × 60 cm) with high-quality mattress and integrated changing mat or a cot for the slightly larger ones with safety edge (140 × 70 cm), children's bed linen & towels, a highchair, baby bath, eating bowls with spoons, toddler and children's cutlery, drinking cups with lids, bottle/jar warmers, bottle sterilizer for families with toddlers. There is a baby & nest swing in the garden and a baby paddling pool when the weather is nice. For guests with furry nose, we can also offer a basket, bowls, an agility course, a small dog pool. In the back garden, which we always like to share with our guests, there is a summer shower, a 2nd covered terrace with sun loungers and additional table and chairs especially for the guests and a garden pond with stream. Our in-house sauna can be booked for a fee. Sauna towels, towels, bathrobes, shower gel and various infusion oils are available there for our guests and do not need to be brought. Guest access Your vehicle can park on our property, which is secured by an electric gate, and you will use a separate apartment integrated into our house with its own entrance. The large front garden including a small private terrace right outside the door, as well as a private covered seating area with a grill is only used by you alone. In the back of the garden with a large covered terrace, a summer shower and a garden pond with a stream, you are always welcome to share it with us. The separation fence between the areas is only intended for our dog, so that you are undisturbed if necessary. In the back, however, it should be noted that our furry friend has her area there. Other things to note Dogs and apartment cats are welcome here. We ourselves have a 7-year-old mixed-breed dog. Important: So that allergy sufferers can also feel comfortable after you, your 4-legged people are not allowed on the sofa / into the bed. But I'm sure you'll understand that. Please refer to the house rules for the rest on dog / cat. On request, the hourly dog sitting can also be taken over by us, so that you can also do activities that do not go with a dog. Five lakes and surroundings have its charming sides in every season. Within walking distance you can reach our renovated Rogeezer See, which is used by the migratory birds as a sleeping place. And also the Kogeler See with a swimming spot and a small Restaurant on the beach is just 1.2 km away. On site there is a children's playground, a table tennis table (for which we like to rent the rackets), a big chess and a book cell to borrow literature. Shopping is available in the neighboring village (4 km) or in the 3 small towns 12 - 16 km away. Boat rental, boat tours, museums, wildlife park, argroneum, monkey forest, city stroll and nature tours. There is the right offer here at any time of the year.
