Lovely summer house in Ordrup

Dear guests. Welcome to the cottage from 2021, which meets all the needs for a wonderful holiday year-round with peace, beauty, nature, sandy beach, walks and sun. The house is located in a hilly ice age landscape at a height of 40 meters on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerø Bay, and the birdsong stops when the darkness falls. From the property you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach. The space The small-paned windows, red-golden spruce everywhere inside, a beautiful light wooden floor, varying ceiling height in all rooms, wood-burning stove and a beautiful light incidence provide all opportunities to sink down in peace and quiet indoors all year round. The large living room is the natural gathering place, where you can both sit together and find a place for yourself in peace and quiet. If you need to, you can retreat to one of the three rooms, all of which are nice to stay in, or you can climb up into the loft and be yourself and together at the same time. The house has a comfortable indoor climate and you can create the right temperature all year round, while you can open the two large double terrace doors and get in and out to merge. Guest access There are three bedrooms in the house with a double bed in each room. One room with a bed of 200 x 180 cm and two rooms with a bed of 200 x 140 cm. In addition, there is a loft in the house with two beds. There are 8 beds in the house. Other things to note At the beach, there is a fantastic stone-free seabed and the best bathing facilities that only the locals use. If you go a little down the beach, there's a long jetty for those who like to jump in the water. Wearing swimwear and bathrobes, you can walk to the beach in 10-12 minutes and back again, you can enjoy the outdoor shower or use the large and lovely bathroom and relax with the morning sun on the tiled terrace, afternoon and evening sun on the two sides with wooden terrace, or you can find a good place in the garden to sit in the sun or shade and maybe lie in one of the two hammocks that are located so you can talk to each other and take a nap while the fireplace is being prepared for coziness or cooking the evening meal. In the small shed there are petanque, croquet, darts, rackets, etc., which you can play with in the part of the garden that faces the sea. Inside the house, there are plenty of games that you can play at the coffee table or on the large dining table. There are countless unparalleled walks directly from the house. It is a Unesco Global Geopark area, where only within walking distance of the house are six of the designated places, including Vejrhøj. You can also go to the Skamlebæk-Disbjerg gorge, one of the most beautiful open areas that reminds you of how wonderful Denmark is when it's at its best. An obvious trip is also the high-altitude former radio tower, from which there is a phenomenal view of the entire Sejerø Bay, and in general the very hilly landscape provides some amazing views and nature experiences. If you go the other way from the house, you will pass the large local grocery store and the ice cream parlors, where Isøre ice cream is an attraction. From here you can continue directly into the most beautiful old forests, Næsskov and Kårup Skov, with nature playgrounds and mountain bike routes and lots of hiking routes, and from where you can continue over hilly landscapes with grazing cattle and old farms, and you can go to another at least as good sandy beach, where you can also have a challenging walk. A few kilometers from the house are several larger supermarkets, local farm shops are nearby, and a few kilometers from the house are restaurants, wine tastings and other good experiences in nature. In addition: The house is located in a closed road system, where maybe 10 cars come in a day, so there is peace around the clock. There is smart TV and the internet is both wireless and with a fixed connection in almost every room and in addition, the telephone connection works impeccably with the best connection. We appreciate our beautiful wooden floors and think it is nice and cozy that you can use the floor for play or to lie on the floor and enjoy the fireplace's golden glow and lovely warmth, and therefore you must not wear outdoor shoes in the house. For your information: We have a gardener who mows the grass on the property every 2 or 3 weeks. It takes about an hour each time, and he always knocks before then and announces his arrival. He's not going in the house.
