Located in Tower A of Shell Residences. 1 bedroom unit with no balcony. 8th floor, facing road-side. Few minutes walk going to: Mall of Asia, MOA Arena Few minutes drive to: Casinos, Parqal Mall, Ayala Malls Manila Bay and airport. Other things to note Standard check in time: 14:00 Standard check out: 12:00 1. Toiletries are not provided. 2. Condiments are not provided due to sanitary reasons. 3. Drinking water is not provided during the stay. 2. Bath towels are provided based on the number of guests. 3. Guests can use the pool with designated fee. 4. Pool Fee: 150 php/pax on regular days, 300 php/pax on a holiday. Important things to note: -Shell Residences requires an authorization letter for all incoming guests. -After making a reservation, kindly provide identification cards of all guests based on the number person indicated in the reservation. -We only provide guest authorization for confirmed number of guests. Please observe the following house rules: *No smoking inside the unit or any premises of the condominium. *Hanging of clothes on the windows are not allowed. *Turn off the aircon and lights when not in use. *No pets allowed. *No visitors allowed.
