The space Villa Fenice is a peaceful oasis immersed in greenery. The Tuscan-style villa spans three floors and offers spacious areas for your comfort. On the ground floor, you'll find a large, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy at the 8-person dining table. There's also a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. On the first floor, you can relax in the tastefully furnished living room, complete with comfortable sofas, a glass coffee table, and a 40" Smart TV. Adjacent to the living room is a study with a library for peaceful reading moments. On the same floor, there’s the first bedroom with a wardrobe and private bathroom. From the living room, you can directly access the outdoor terrace and garden, perfect for spending pleasant days. The second and top floor hosts three charming double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower and large wardrobes to store your personal items. Outside, our garden offers a lush landscape and absolute peace. You can enjoy moments of relaxation on the sunbeds, organize barbecues in our covered veranda, and end the day with a refreshing dip in the beautiful Jacuzzi pool for six people. Guest access The entire villa, with pool and garden, is exclusively available to our guests, ensuring maximum privacy and a unique experience, without any sharing with others.
