Other things to note Important: Once a booking is confirmed, the Guest is required to sign a BDSM Equipment Waiver and Release of Liability. This waiver ensures that the Guest acknowledges the proper and safe use of the equipment and releases the Host from any liability related to its use. If the waiver is not signed within 48 hours after booking, we reserve the right to cancel. We also require copies of IDs of all guests staying for legal and compliance reasons.
