House with pool just one block from the beach

Beautiful house with pool, located just one block from the beach, you'll feel at home with our common areas (patio, terrance and pool). IMPORTANT: 3 rooms, living room and kitchen are located on the second floor, you have to use stairs. On the Palapa you can see beautiful sunsets and you can walk to the mirador del toro and other beaches. Located in one of the main streets of the town, there are many food stands, the town is very popular so some days are noisier than others. The space The house has three levels, in the first is the pool area and bathroom, and outside shower. The accommodation is on the second floor, has a kitchen, living room and three bedrooms with bathroom, besides the patio. The first room has two double beds, air conditioning and full bathroom on one side. The second room has a double bed, air conditioning, bathroom inside the room. The third bedroom has a double bed and a queen size inflatable mattress, in addition to 2 high power fans, the bathroom is shared with the first bedroom. The patio is spacious to enjoy the day or just enjoy the sun. On the third floor we have the terrace with a large palapa that refreshes the place, plus we have chairs and tables to enjoy the day. Guest access To enter the rooms, the living room and the kitchen, you will have to use the stairs, it is important that you know before booking. In our location, you will find many places to eat, Mexican and international food, as well as several convenience stores to supply you with what you need to enjoy your stay at home and the beach. The house is located in one of the main streets of the town of Los Ayala, where the atmosphere of the town will envelop you, some days are louder than others, for you to consider. In our house we have public parking, it is outside the house, there is a space to park and protect the car, the cost is $50 per full day, this on the back of the house.
