To that effect, we provide: - Complimentary breakfast - Generator, AC, heater - Indoor games - WiFi, TV, music system - Electric kettle, hair dryer, iron, torch - Medical kit, mosquito repellant - Wardrobe, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the first floor, 1 on the second floor and 2 in the outhouse.  - All rooms have AC, heater, TV, WiFi, wardrobe, king-sized bed, electric kettle, hair dryer and attached bathrooms.  - All rooms have balconies with hill views. BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms - 4 attached, 1 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms.  COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor and seats up to 12 people. - It offers a music system, AC, TV, WiFi and heater. - The dining room has AC and seating for 14 people. - There is a terrace and sunroom. - There is a 600 sq. ft. lawn with a gazebo and machan. - There is a private swimming pool, 24x10 feet wide and 4 feet deep. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities and swimming pools. During your stay The host is present at the property. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 of your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per head per night. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool or play indoor games like table tennis. Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn and unwind on the gazebo. Head up to the machan and soak in the gorgeous landscapes. Bask in the morning sun while in the sunroom. Savour the splendid landscapes from the terrace. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There is a dog at the property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. - The host and caretaker stay on the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. - Owing to the drop in temperatures during winter, the swimming pool will not be operational from the months of November to March. - Kindly note, that construction is in progress within the premises of the property.
