The place is perfect for adults, looking for a relaxing getaway or remote work among nature. Sleeping arrangement is adjustable: 2 single beds 80x200 or 1 double bed 160x200. Top mattresses for extra comfort are available. Seasonal pool. Free parking. The studio is part of an inhabited villa, yet independent. Plovdiv downtown is 30min by car. We work with a rent-a-car company if you need. The space Brand new 26sqm peaceful and cool studio, an integral part of a villa, with independent entrance at garden level 1, with seasonal pool. Adjustable couch designed for sleeping purposes - turns into 2 single or 1 double bed. Top mattresses are available for extra comfort, if needed. Compliments for every guest, tea and cafe for free too. 2 panorama windows overlooking the vineyard and valley. All-in-one living space plus kitchenette, with natural wood flooring and furniture, separate bathroom with a WC. The property is fully fenced and surrounded by nature. 490m elevation in the Rhodopi mountain. Exterior and street lights at night. No baby crib available. Within a walking distance, one may enjoy a viewpoint, cherry gardens, a marked hiking path, a fishing place, a chapel and the nearby village. Plovdiv city center is 30min away by car, Plovdiv airport and Asenovgrad - 20min. Guest access We hand the keys in person. The best is to come by car. Note: the last 800m are a narrow road with few uneven areas, thus I recommend driving slowly; it is suitable for a standard car. Upon request, we will be happy to meet you in at Ruen's sign and escort you to the property. Other things to note The pool (1,2*5,5*2,5m) is seasonal and just like the rest of the amenities in the garden, its usage is shared with the property owners.
