Step outside and find yourself in the town’s charming park, ideal for morning walks or a peaceful coffee break. The historic city center is just minutes away, giving you easy access to museums, cafes, restaurants, and local shops. We make it our priority to keep a safe and clean home for all our guests, so all you have to do is make yourself at home and enjoy your stay! ☆ APARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS ☆ 🛜 Enjoy fast, reliable Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work, planning your trip or staying connected. 🖥 The living room features a new smart HDTV with cable, a spacious sofa for relaxing after a day of exploring the city, and access to a private balcony. 🍽 Brand new and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay: cooking basics (oil, salt and pepper), plates and glasses, stainless steel and glass utencils, appliances (microwave, dishwasher, oven, refridgerator, etc.). 🛏 You will sleep in a high-quality queen size bed, with the A/C (heating and cooling) in bedroom, so you can easily adjust temperature to your preference. 🧺 The apartment is stocked with clean linens, towels, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, A/C both in the living room and in the bedroom, as well as toiletries. ♟️For a bit of fun and relaxation, we provide a selection of board games for our guests to enjoy. 🅿️ FREE PARKING 🅿️ In front of the building, on the 'first come - first served' basis, and public parking just a bit further up the street, free of charge for our guests. Please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! ☆ PETS WELCOME ☆ We welcome your furry friends with a €5 pet fee per pet, per day (maximum 1 pet). Please ensure you add your pet to the pet count when booking. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet. We kindly ask that pets remain well-behaved and be kept on a leash at all times while in the shared/common areas of the building. ☆ WORKING SPACE ☆ Dining table easily turns into working space. ☆ NO ELEVATOR ☆ The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (2 flights of stairs) in a small building without elevator. ☆ STATE TOURIST TAX ☆ ❗️ Under Montenegrin law all tourists staying in Montenegro are obligated to register and pay tourist tax in person. The tax in Cetinje is 0.80€ per day/per person.
