GROUND FLOOR Living Area Here you will find our large, modern, fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful glass Veranda were lunch and dinner can be served around a big wooden table. The tv room offer a relaxing corner to enjoy a movie. FIRST FLOOR Reception, where we will welcome you at your check in. Next to the Reception, bedroom Bellera: double bed, en-suite with bath tub Bedroom Mianico: it has a studio with a velvet sofa, small desk and fireplace, perfect spot to work in peace; very intimate room with garden access and en-suite bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR Bedroom Saliana: Double bed and en-suite with shower Bedroom Belmonte: Double bed and bathroom with a shower, intercommunicating with Room Sant’Anna. Bedroom Sant’Anna: two single beds (up to request the room could be prepared with double bed) and bathroom with shower. THIRD FLOOR Mansarda Tre Terre: Double Bed, Balcony with lake view, bathroom with bathtub. A second double bed is available in this room. Guest access Customers have access at every corner of the villa, garden. In front of the villa there is the lake access: you will find a beautiful public beach and a fascinating lake promenade.
