Relax and unwind in this peaceful and cozy retreat nestled among the trees in beautiful Lawrence, Kansas. Enjoy a quiet morning sipping coffee in the sunroom on the main floor or refresh with a cold drink at the end of a busy day on the second floor covered porch, which overlooks our neighborhood community garden and park. We are conveniently located just a 5 min. drive (20 min. walk) to downtown Lawrence, an 11 min. drive to Allen Fieldhouse and a 5 min. drive to the I-70 entrance/exit. The space The Guest House has the following amenities: Main floor- Full kitchen with a drip coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave. 55” Roku TV WIFI Washer/dryer all-in-one combo. Sunroom or screened-in porch, depending on the weather, with ceiling fan. Bathroom with built-in heated tile floor, shower with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, a hair dryer, and towels. Loft- Queen bed with pillows and two sets of sheets. Window seat Luggage rack Clothes rack/shelves with hangers Small fan Covered porch with ceiling fan Things you should know - Contactless check-in (12pm) and check-out (12pm) Loft (bedroom) is open to the main floor, meaning no walls or a door. Limited parking consists of 2 dedicated parking spaces in the shared driveway. Owners live onsite with one dog and two cats. The guest house is located behind the main house, in the fenced backyard. The backyard is a shared space between our guests, ourselves and our pets. Our dog, Delilah, is very friendly and is 11 years old. Guest access You will have access to the whole house.
