The space Villa Utopia is one of three villas in a small hillside complex on Jungutbatu Hill — a 1BR, 2BR and a 3BR villa, each with independent access. This one-bedroom villa (100sqm) has its own side entrance, separate from the main villa upstairs. Inside: twin beds convertible to super king, ensuite with standing shower and hairdryer, walk-in wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen, semi-outdoor living area, and a covered sundeck overlooking the pool — same view as the ocean and Mt Agung out front. Built with a lighter footprint: solar power, a chemical-free pool system, and food-grade cleaning products where possible. Families with young children: a pool fence can be arranged for safety. Can also be combined with the second bedroom for a full 2BR booking. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa. Other things to note • We can assist with boat transfers—just contact our team. Due to 2 PM check in time, we advise to take boat from 12 PM onwards. • A two-night minimum stay is required.
