The apartment has underfloor heating during the winter months and two air conditioners of 18000 and 12000 BTU for the summer months! The apartment consists of two main rooms and a bathroom. The east-facing bedroom is decorated in shades of gray and walnut! In the bedroom there are two single beds 90cm*200cm with the possibility to be converted into a king size bed. The mattresses on which you will enjoy your sleep are made of 100% natural Latex (7 zones natural talalay latex by Douceur) and the topper that goes on top is again made of 100% natural Latex (7 zones natural talalay latex by Douceur) 8cm thick. The pillows are of medium density 900g by Das Home! The closet in the room has five doors. In the middle of the closet there are terry slippers, extra bedding and Super Soft pillows ideal for children! The other two sections of the closet can be used either to hang your clothes or to use the drawers to store all your things! On the single door of the closet, on the far left, there is an ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner that you can use. In the main area, the decoration inspires a calm and warmth with shades of white, gray, mint and walnut! Here is a fully functional kitchen where you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch. There are dishes and glasses and cups available in all sizes for each of your beverages. Choose and enjoy espresso, filter coffee or Nescafe. Tea beverages from local producers are also available as well as a bottle of local Imeron olive oil that will be necessary for a quality Greek or Mediterranean salad! In the same space, separated by a pass from the kitchen, there is a living room with two double sofas that can be converted into beds and accommodate up to four more people! The 42-inch Panasonic TV is located in a spot that is visible from all over the single space! To the right and left of the TV are the two balcony doors, leading to the north-facing terrace, measuring approximately 2.30m*8.00m. The bathroom is spacious with a comfortable bathtub and very practical furniture to arrange all your bathroom and grooming products!
