It is only 4 blocks away from trails in Kaibab national forest. It has a large backyard, deck, weber grill, and doggie door for furry friends. This house is a neighborhood gem in a prime location. Other things to note The House is a spacious place and located in town, close to the Safeway. Roku Tvs in each room, and living rooms beside one with the bunk beds. A very large TV is in the house as well. Has a working space, and washer and dryer in the house. House was lived in for a long time so should have everything you need! We welcome pets, but a pet fee of 75 dollars will be added to help with additional cleaning cost and yard maintenance required with being a pet friendly property.
