Welcome to Casa Alamo, a newer built 5 bdrm, 2.5 bath home close to urban trail system on west side. only 5-10 min to downtown and NAU. The space We are across from an open area with swings and a basketball court. Enjoy access to the city’s trails for a beautiful walk, run or bike ride. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. Backyard has a playhouse, basketball hoop, and fire pit. A guest house in the back may be rented out from time to time but only the main house can use the backyard. Parking for the main house is in front of the garage, 2 spaces and additional street parking. Please do not park in the far right driveway, this is for the guest house.
