Welcome to bohemian Franklin Hills! This hilltop oasis is a duplex with 180 degree views from Silverlake, to DTLA all the way to Santa Monica and it is located within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and entertainment. We try to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our guests have the most pleasant experience possible. We are a happy, fun-loving family and as such we appreciate friendly guests. The space Your private back patio is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and letting your pet run around. This five room unit is comprised of: two bedrooms with queen size sofa beds, a 65" flat screen TV, a bath, full kitchen, two closets and the piece du resistance: a sweeping views, private back patio followed by a magnificent backyard with saltwater pool and jacuzzi spa. Guest access Guests have a totally separate keyless entrance and free gated, on site parking. The unit features its own private back patio accessible from your private kitchen, a large backyard, outdoor dining and lounging areas. Other things to note We travel extensively and try to rent out the place while we are away. But we do live upstairs in the top floor of this house. Although we try to be as quiet as possible, if we do happen to be home when you are here sometimes you can hear us talking and walking around and you may meet us around the pool as well. If this is a problem for you, this property is not a good fit so PLEASE do not book it. We do want our guests to enjoy their stay and we will go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that, but we want to make sure that we too can continue to enjoy our happy lives. We feel strongly that the Airbnb experience was designed to be an enjoyable, culturally enriching experience for both guests and hosts and not just another "place to crash". If as a guest you are of a different mindset and if our fully equipped, 1200sqft exclusive garden apartment is not what you had in mind, we are not the right fit.
