Needs to be booked in advance; last-minute booking may not be accommodated - Parking: $25 per car/night in the same building or nearby. Max height 2.1m. Book in advance; last-minute requests may not be accommodated ⚠️Important Information for Facilities Access – West Side Place To use the Pool and Gym, all guests must complete the induction process: 1️⃣ Scan the Amenities QR Code at the concierge desk 2️⃣ Complete the online Amenities Induction Form 3️⃣ Notify the concierge once done so they can manually activate your access ⏰ Induction Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ⛔ No inductions are available on weekends or outside these hours. ** Normally only 1 set of key will be given, but if you have more than 4 people, you could ask for 2nd pair of keys** Please make sure you bring the key with you and lock the door every time you leave the apartment. Other things to note -Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals. When cooking, remember to: ✓ Turn on the range hood. ✓ Open the balcony door for ventilation. ✓ Ensure the entrance door is closed to avoid triggering the fire alarm. -A lost key set will result in a $400 penalty per key set (which includes a carpark card, a lift card, a house key). -In case of lost items after checkout, and if we ever find the item and need to mail it, the charge for the labour fee is at least $30. -No parties, no pet Smoking is prohibited inside or outside of the apartment. Violation to the policies will incur a penalty fee of $350.
