This rustic cabin is located in the Upper Valley and is a stone's throw away from the river! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin sleeps 8 guests and is a fisherman’s dream. With its exclusive riverside access and private picnic area and fire pit, you can spend the day fishing without ever leaving your cabin. Located in “Valley of the Pines” in the Upper Valley, this little slice of the mountains is roughly 4 miles from town. The sounds of the river flowing alongside the property welcomes you as you pull up the drive to this cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a bunk bed with 2 twin beds. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed. In the living room you will also find one queen sized sleeper sofa, sleeping up to 8 mountain men and southwestern sweeties comfortably. No Washer/Dryer. Total square footage is 1131. After a day casting your line in the river, cook up some homemade dinner using either the propane or charcoal grill located outside and watch the sunset as you relax by the fire pit. In the living room warm up to the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy YouTube Tv as well as a Roku. Including a DvD player and High Speed WiFi. The high speed Wifi makes it a great location for remote workers. All linens and towels are provided and towels can be exchanged every other day in our office with clean ones. This property does not rent during the winter season due to its remote location. Property can hold up to 4 vehicles. Trailer parking is not available.
