Hilltop Suite with Backyard Views & Trail Access!

Welcome to the famous hills of L.A! This private mid-century suite has its own entrance as well as hiking trail access & an amazing view of the Santa Monica Mountains. This 1 bd/1ba unit also has a living room with coffee station & mini fridge. Outdoor space in the backyard is shared; relax on the expansive infinity deck with sweeping views & enjoy our secret bird watching balcony. HSR25-002066 The space This quiet neighborhood hilltop stay has a queen size bed and black out curtains for a great night's sleep. This large apartment style suite has a private entrance, a large private bathroom and its own living room for extra comfort. Living room includes table for two that can double as a work space, coffee/tea bar credenza, and a sofa that can also turn into a queen bed if needed. The unit is on the lower floor with no one above and is attached to the main house, though completely separate. Sold core doors and sound proofing keep noises to a minimum. We do have two small dogs that bark when alerted, but are mostly quiet. While the unit does not have a full kitchen, it has a mini fridge with small freezer, microwave, toaster, plates, utensils, and glasses, making this a perfect place for those who eat out or don't need to cook. Shared backyard hours are from 8am - 10pm. This location is a hiker's dream as you can access the trails to the Santa Monica Mountains right out the back gate. Views from the infinity deck look out over the entire San Fernando Valley! We also have a secret bird watching balcony, nestled into the hillside. We are 5 minutes from local restaurants, markets and gas stations. We are two California natives who love traveling the world and meeting new people and are always up for a chat. We also have two small dogs, Pinky and Benji. Overall the suite is extremely private, comfortable, quiet and our guests feel right at home! Woodland Hills, in general, is an amazing place to land when visiting Los Angeles. We are about 20-30 minutes from the beach via Topanga and Malibu, Universal Studios, about 45 min to Downtown/Hollywood, 1 hour and 15 min to Santa Barbara. HSR25-002066 Guest access Guests will access the unit through their own private entrance with keypad entry. It is the only unit downstairs with no second floor above. You will also have access to the hiking trails of Woodland Hills through the backyard! To access the shared yard, simply come through the black gate and then open the gate to the back yard. Backyard hours are from 8am to 10pm. There is street parking immediately in front of the house. Other things to note While this is a private space with separate entrance, back yard is shared. This front unit has solid core doors and studio level sound proofing has been installed for extra privacy. There is no second story above you. We have two small dogs that may be present in the backyard. They are friendly and love pets but please do not try to pick them up. Please make sure gates are fully closed. No smoking allowed. Quiet hours 10pm. Backyard hours 8am-10pm. We have so many wonderful restaurants within 5-10 minutes of the house. Registration Details HSR25-002066
