This comfortable room Is located on the ground floor of my home with en-suite bathroom no steps to climb and easy access to the backyard and grounds. Close to the ocean with that tropical flair of Jamaica , Close to the Airport and newely renovated Port Royal, Downtown Kingston which is the capital city . The supermarket in Harbour View is presently been renovated but is accommodated in a smaller space , there are also other including KFC, Burger King , Pizza Hut, Tastee and other shops . The space The place is located in relaxed Palm Beach Estates a very small gated community with a close knit family oriented structure. You can actually hear and see the waves and also watch the beautiful sunset from the balcony on one side and from the other side a nice scenic view of the mountain. It is 20 min. from the airport , 10 minutes from the super market in Harbour View and 25 min. from Downtown Kingston and anywhere else easily accessible by public transportation or taxi. Guest access Guest have access to the grounds of the house ,sit and relax on the front balcony enjoy the sun setting or back balcony and enjoy the picturesque mountain . If guest do not want to use the main entrance or exit there is always alternative. To the room there is a door that takes you outside into the yard there you can exit or enter if you so choose. During your stay I am a person who loves to socialize with my guest and ensure their needs are met as best as possible and if you don't see me I am only a phone call away. Other things to note Someone is always at home to make sure guests are quiet comfortable and I am just a phone call away if I am not home.
