We welcome you to our newly renovated cottage in Kinmount, Ontario ✿ Relax and enjoy nature with the whole family and friends at this peaceful cottage surrounded by beautiful forestry, nature and a one-acre pond! Less than 15 Min Drive to Minden, 20 Min Drive to Bobcaygeon, and 30 Min Drive to Haliburton! There is a ton of space for parking large trailers, trucks etc. The location is central to several KATVA Trails, Bring your ATV and have Fun! The space Step inside and be embraced by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The cottage features 3 bedrooms and two sofa beds, ensuring ample space for relaxation and a good night's sleep. The living area is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with loved ones. Sink into the cozy sofas and watch the stars from the breathtaking view! Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need. The cottage is surrounded by lush greenery and a small pond out front! Take a leisurely stroll through the gardens, breathe in the fresh air, and let the peaceful ambiance rejuvenate your senses. Note - Please do not swim in pond out front! Explore the nearby hiking trails, go fishing in the nearby river, or embark on a biking adventure through the picturesque countryside. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, parking, two full washrooms, renovated basement patio deck out front and two gazebos. NOTE: Water running from taps is not clear, and has a light brown tinge. All water filters have been installed and confirmed water is safe to use. Unfortunately, the light brown tinge is something we cannot control - and should lessen the more the water is run. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, ensuring that you have everything you need for a memorable vacation ☺ Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home.
