LIFESTYLE NUTRITION, WHALE TAIL BREWERY, GASTRO PUB… a little farther walk to MOSAIC WINE & SUSHI, SUSHI GREEN & THE BOX TRAINING CENTER. 💦A short drive to the UVITA WATERFALLS and cafe, groceries and more. 🌅Whale's Tail Beach is only approx 5 mins drive. Casa Colibri was chosen because of the location, it being possible to walk easily in the morning to coffee/bakeries/cafes & gym, and then again in the evening to restaurants and entertainment. During the day you will want your car to explore the various beaches, waterfalls, adventures and towns this area has to enjoy. Other things to note Casa Colibri's Prime location allows you to take a short drive to pristine beaches, incredible waterfalls and all that Uvita and area has to offer you. Then Park the car and Walk to incredible restaurants, cafes, bakeries, groceries and more. Many restaurants, shops, and local markets are within easy reach, allowing you to immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture. Remember to explore the nearby Marino Ballena National Park, indulge in water activities, or embark on a whale-watching tour for a truly unforgettable experience. Please Note You're in a Tropical Paradise 🌿 Costa Rica's tropical climate is home to a wide variety of insects, lizards, rodents, and reptiles. While we have a strict pest control plan in place to keep these visitors outside the home, it’s important to understand that occasional encounters with local wildlife are part of the natural experience and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. We appreciate your understanding as you embrace the beauty of this vibrant ecosystem. POOL MAINTENANCE 🧼 The maintenance team will require access to the house on these days. IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER Being located in the mountains, power outages can occur from time to time due to falling branches or other weather-related issues. Additionally, the local water supply comes from nearby springs, which can occasionally experience interruptions. We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind as part of the rural and natural experience of staying in this beautiful area.
