(For arrival before 2pm and departure after 11am, we have a luggage storage space available from 9:30 to 17. For check-in after 7pm, you must be notified in advance and a fee of R$40.00 to be paid to the waiting employee). 📍Location: Our flats have a privileged location, at the end of the charming Vila do Morro/Centro and almost at the beginning of Rua da Primeira Praia. We are only 40 meters from the beautiful Primeira Praia, which offers a wonderful view, delightful sea bathing, beachfront bars and the famous Morro zip line. In Vila, very close to the Flats, you will find great bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets, coffee shops, small shops, pharmacies and various other businesses. Just 300 meters from the Flats is Segunda Praia. And Quarta Praia is approximately 1.2 km away. Despite the central location, our flats are not exposed to the noise of the village and the beaches.
