The environment integrates living room, fully equipped American kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and a nice "L" balcony with hammock. The house has been prepared so that you have everything you need to work, rest, cook or simply enjoy the quiet pace of the Capão, as if you were in your own home. You will be close to markets, cafes, restaurants, gym, pharmacy and the main services of the Vila, but on a quiet street, ideal for those looking for silence to rest or work. LIVE AS A RESIDENT Instead of just visiting Capão, try living the routine of the Vila. Start your day by training at the nearby gym, work with peace of mind during the morning, order a lunch for delivery when you want to buy time, or enjoy the equipped kitchen to prepare your meals with fresh ingredients from next door. In the late afternoon, walk to a café, explore the Village or simply relax on the balcony listening to the sounds of nature. It is an experience designed for those who want to stay longer and live the destination calmly. Occasionally, there may be insects since we are in the middle of nature and the cottage is surrounded by greenery, with many plants. At the back of the property passes the Rio do Capão, preserved in its natural state. There is no leisure structure on the bank, precisely to keep this environment intact and allow guests to enjoy the tranquility and native vegetation. PARKING Parking is private, within the property, but not covered. The parking lot is for the exclusive use of the guests. There is no leisure structure on the bank, precisely to keep the environment preserved and provide a quieter experience of contact with nature. LAUNDRY For guests of longer stays, we offer the use of the laundry at no additional cost. WHAT 'S NOT COMPATILHADO You will have exclusive access to the house during the entire stay. There are two houses on the ground, independent of each other, and I also live in a third house, located below. Each space has its privacy, allowing guests to enjoy their stay with peace of mind. DESIGNED FOR LONG STAYS This home has been prepared so you can keep your routine comfortably for several days or weeks. Vila's proximity allows you to solve practically everything on foot: markets, gym, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and other day-to-day services. This way, you can work, cook when you want or take advantage of delivery options without having to use the car. Other things to note CLEANING DURING THE STAY Daily house cleaning is the guest's responsibility. For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer a complimentary full house cleaning, carried out on a previously agreed-upon date. If you would like additional cleaning, it can be scheduled subject to availability and a fee of R$100. LAUNDRY (COMPLIMENTARY FOR LONG STAYS) To make longer stays even more comfortable, we offer a complimentary laundry service for reservations of 7 nights or more. The service is performed by us and must be scheduled in advance, on an agreed day and time, subject to availability. The property's laundry room is not for guest use. RECYCLING COLLECTION Vale do Capão has a strong culture of environmental preservation. Therefore, we segregate waste and kindly ask you to use the designated bins during your stay. TRANSFERS If you need transportation between airports, the bus station or other trips in the area, we can recommend local drivers. We recommend requesting in advance, especially on holidays and during busier periods. PRIVACY There are two independent houses on the property, and I live in a third house located in another area of the property. Each space has its own privacy, allowing everyone to enjoy their stay with peace of mind. POWER AND CONNECTIVITY The house has a solar energy system with a battery bank, providing greater peace of mind even in the event of power outages. Together with the property's Wi-Fi, this provides a reliable setup for those who want to work remotely during their stay. GUEST DOCUMENTATION Upon confirming the reservation, a photo of each guest's ID will be requested, as well as the name and phone number of an emergency contact. PETS We have 2 cats that roam freely in the yard. They are very docile and curious. Interaction with the cats is up to the guests.
