There are beach chairs & umbrella available on the beach for an EXTRA charge. PARKING $30 a Day paid separately. You can SAVE-MONEY by utilizing the beachchairs in your room.STR03009 The space Large studio wide open concept, sit at the table and enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or glass of wine as you enjoy the partial ocean views through the beautiful palm trees. Then you have your full bath with wide rain-shower head. The building is located directly on the beach you are steps away from the ocean and its Tranquility. Heritage Park across the street (so beautiful) if you want to take a nice morning or evening outdoor walk and enjoy the fresh air. Shopping Plaza restaurants e.g CVS, Walgreens Publix Chase bank Td bank wells Fargo bank and the huge beautiful Aventura mall all within walking distance or city bus directly infront the building to take you every where; you really won't need a car (why pay for expensive parking?!) you have so much more that you can use your money on. You may venture out to explore and enjoy beautiful Miami via bus tours, that go around the city e.g Little Havana, Miami Seaquarium, Bayfront Park, Jungle Island, The Bass, Ocean Drive South Beach, Miami Biscayne Bay Millionaire's Homes, Sightseeing Cruise Miami: Celebrity Homes & Millionaires Mansions Boats Tour (homes of the Rich and Famous as you relax and enjoy the calmness of the beautiful bay), Miami Skyline Sunset Cruise With the Mojito Bar On Board, Miami: Half-Day Millionaire's Row Cruise & Open-Top Bus Tour, Bayside Marketplace Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and so much more. For longer stay you have access to the full laundry room located on the lower level pay machine using credit or debit card.
