Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, dining table, full refrigerator, and many options to make coffee/tea. Fully stocked bathroom with shower. Living room with 58inch TV, board games, and puzzles. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a queen bed, tv, and closet. Full bathroom with shower. Living room with couch, chair, and 65 inch tv. There is a driveway in the front with 3 parking spaces, (28+ ft long) additional can be parked if needed. Outside deck with table, chairs, & BBQ grill. You also have access to the outside deck. Other things to note No smoking inside but I do have ashtrays outside. NO PETS! Must climb stairs.
