ROCCE MareBLU is one of the 3 units of the ROCCE, in Costa Paradiso, a spectacular corner of northern Sardinia, close to beaches with crystal clear waters, uncrowded and reachable in a few minutes by car. The shared jacuzzi, heated all year round, offers an unmissable sea view, immersed in wild, unique and unspoiled nature for an experience in total tranquility, particularly recommended to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over Gallura. The space Entering MareBLU you will immediately have the feeling of fresh and clean: the spacious living room with the simple masonry kitchenette and the glass window on the terrace with sea view will allow you to cook with a splendid view! The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom with a small bathroom, a bedroom with bunk bed and a nice bathroom with shower. Every detail is designed for functionality: the kitchen is equipped with dishes, a dishwasher and small appliances to allow you to prepare your meals as if you were at home. We provide bed linens and bath towels for each guest. The exterior consists of a large private terrace with a barbecue grill for outdoor dining. In common with the other 2 units of the villa, you will have access to an outdoor jacuzzi heated to 32°C. The whirlpool is positioned between the characteristic pink granite rocks and offers a breathtaking sea view, which we highly recommend at sunset. Guest access Rocce MareBlu is one of the three units of the three-family villa, garden and jacuzzi are shared by the three units of the Villa. Each unit has at least one parking space in the private parking lot. The villa boasts a strategic location in Northern Sardinia: it is just a few minutes' drive from the wonderful Li Cossi Beach, one of the pearls of Gallura. With a short journey of about 30 minutes you can reach the towns of Isola Rossa or Santa Teresa di Gallura. Costa Paradiso is also easily accessible by car from both Olbia and Alghero airports, making the house the ideal base for exploring the entire coast. Other things to note Often in the evening, friendly wild boars will come to visit you in search of food. They are not at all aggressive, but they are still wild animals that must be treated with caution. The temperature of the jacuzzi is 32°C. For higher temperatures, there is an extra cost of €10/day for the entire stay. The jacuzzi shared with the other two units of Le Roccette, immersed in pink granite, is professionally sanitized every 2-3 days for maximum comfort. Registration Details IT090074C200058086
