Tradition meets modernity - between Wasserburg and Mühldorf am Inn stands this "Baltermeier" farmhouse built in 1527 and renovated in 2009. Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation, which also has an outdoor sauna, a swimming pond, a private terrace with dining area, lounge area and barbecue area. The space The "Baltermeier Haus" (built in 1527) is located in the beautiful district of Au am Inn and offers pure peace and quiet. The entire property was completely renovated in 2009. The 75 sqm granny apartment has been renovated and newly furnished since the end of 2024. You will live here on 3 floors. Each floor has its own charm and impresses with beautiful floors, old wooden beams, concrete ceilings and matching furniture. A special highlight is our sauna, which was built in an old bakery and can be booked privately for an extra charge on site, bathrobes, bath slippers and sauna towels included. The house is located on a 3000 sqm property, only 300 meters from the Inn. In the summer you can also use the swimming pond here, in the winter it serves as a cooling off after the sauna. A private terrace with a dining area, barbecue area and lounge area is also available. In addition to cycling and hiking, there are numerous other sights and activities in the region, and the beautiful Chiemsee is not far away. The "Klosterstüberl" with rustic beer garden, which has been renovated since 2024, is a 10-minute walk away. But our guest apartment is not only suitable for vacationers. If you are an exhibitor or visitor to the Munich trade fair, you can also reach it quickly and easily via the A94 towards Munich. Guest access Currently, you can use the front of the house next to the guest apartment for parking. There is so much space here that even larger vehicles (such as campers) can stand quite comfortably. The entire property is closed and has outdoor lighting and a camera at the entrance. We also offer our sauna (in the old bakery) all year round, which you can book privately on site for an additional fee. In spring/summer, our swimming pond, a private guest terrace with dining/barbecue area and a lounge area are also available. You will also have access to the garden and pool area at any time. I am happy to welcome you myself upon your arrival or you can also check in yourself at any time after a short consultation. Other things to note Unfortunately, there are a few criteria why we can only accept children from the age of 13 and no pets. There is an unsecured swimming pond on the property. The stairs are not suitable for toddlers as they are relatively narrow and steep. Unfortunately, this also applies to older people with problems climbing stairs. We also have a 7-year-old, lovely boxer mix who is very happy about every human visitor and expresses this. During your stay, we will of course try to prevent this as much as possible, but please understand his presence (this is especially true in the summer months, as we also let him run here in our garden). We are happy to coordinate with you here, so that you can use the property undisturbed for yourselves.
