Surrounded by olive groves and a short distance from the renowned Equestrian Center, our apartment is the ideal choice to immerse yourself in the serenity of the Tuscan countryside. You can explore the artistic and historical wonders of Arezzo, a city full of artistic and historical treasures to discover. The space The independent house portion, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is composed as follows: • Private entrance fenced by automatic gate with parking area and gravel driveway; • Large garden surrounding the house, with shared use of the barbecue on the ground floor; • Located on the second floor without internal stairs, however to access it you will have to climb a few steps; • A double bedroom, with a large wardrobe and internal mirror; • Living area with dining room and living room with double sofa bed with high mattress and very comfortable as a traditional bed; • Kitchen equipped with sink, fridge, oven, kettle, coffee machine; • A windowed bathroom complete with sink, bidet, shower and toilet; The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. The driveway entrance is located directly on this road. • Possibility of entering the property independently thanks to the self check-in mode via box key Other things to note • Strategic point: We are 5 minutes from the Equestrian Center, 10 minutes from the Center of Arezzo, 10 minutes from the A1 motorway to Florence/ Rome, and very close to the highway that leads to Valdichiana, Val d 'Orcia, Siena and the Maremma sea. • Linens are replaced every 7 days. • Guests are informed that inside the large garden there is a garden and an olive grove, so near the house it is possible to meet, occasionally people of our family who carry out maintenance. To ensure your privacy, they will not access the garden located adjacent to the apartment. • Please also note that, as this is a separate part of the house, the ground floor remains exclusively available to our family, who only use it occasionally. • Guests are reminded that the reservation amount includes the accommodation tax, calculated and automatically paid to the Municipality of Arezzo, equal to €3.00 per person, per night for max 4. • Please also note that, in order to comply with the regulations in force (section 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security), valid documents will be required for each guest at check-in.
