From the park you step straight into the hilly moorland of Brunssummerheide. At the same time, pleasant cities such as Brunssum, Heerlen and the German city of Aachen are also close by. This is the ideal base from which to discover the Limburg countryside and Burgundian life. Parts of the park are rather hilly and therefore less suitable for people with mobility problems. Be well informed in advance where your accommodation is located.
