Facilities include a living area with a sofa bed for two adults, a small kitchenette with a hotplate, shower, freezer toilet, fireplace, AC, and underfloor heating. You can drive directly to the cabin, with free parking available on-site. The key is stored in a lockbox, making self check-in flexible at any time. Other things to note This is a compact mini-home that provides all the essentials, but it is smaller than a traditional cabin. The kitchenette is equipped with a hotplate (no oven or dishwasher), and the toilet is a freezer model. The cabin has running water, which comes from a large indoor water tank. In winter, the tank is refilled once per day, while in summer guests can add water themselves by opening a valve. Drinking water is provided in a separate container. All water comes from our own well and is technically drinkable, but since it stands in the cabin’s storage tank it is not officially classified as drinking water. Winter in Lapland can be cold and snowy, but the cabin stays warm and cozy with an AC, floor heating, a fireplace, and electric heating. There are also 2 other similar cabins in the area.
