Large cottage 3 minutes from the beach

Guests bring their own linen, towels, etc. and clean before leaving the house. This beautiful cottage is filled with charm. There are plenty of cozy nooks and crannies, and there is plenty of room for activities. The house is cozy and easy to heat up. There are 2 heat pumps, 1 wood-burning stove and electric radiators in the house, so you don't freeze in winter. There are 3 rooms with a 140 cm bed and 1 room with bunk beds. 1 new bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, as well as a small toilet. There are 2 living rooms and a large kitchen. The space The house has two living rooms, one with sofas and one with daybeds and an armchair. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher. The house has a new bathroom with shower, as well as a small toilet. There are 4 bedrooms in the house. 3 of them have a 140 cm bed, and the last one has a bunk bed with room for 2 people. There is 1 wooden terrace as well as 2 tiled terraces around the house with various garden furniture. There are games and books in the house, as well as a small TV and Wi-Fi. Guest access The entire house is available to tenants. Other things to note The house is a 3-minute walk from the beach down a staircase, which is not too difficult to walk. There is a hot water tank for water in the bathroom, but we are in a low water pressure cottage area. There is a good opportunity to keep the house warm in winter with 2 heat pumps and a wood-burning stove. Guests are responsible for bringing their own towels, bed linen and kitchen textiles. NOTE: Guests are responsible for their own final cleaning. Start the dishwasher and empty/clean the refrigerator before leaving the house. Guests vacuum themselves/ wash floors, and clean with detergents and cloths found in buckets in the bathroom. Dirty cloths are to be thrown in the washing machine. The house is left neat and clear for the next guests. Waste sorting is done on-site in outdoor containers, and if you have ash from the wood-burning stove, it must be bagged before being thrown into residual waste.
