The beaches of Liguria are only 40 minutes drive away. The house is located 3 km from Bossolasco and 2km from Niella Belbo, in an oasis of peace and silence but at the same time few minutes by car from the most important places of di Langa, and 23 km from Alba. the garden Is completely fenced and the acces is private. the beautiful swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests, from 10: 00 a.m. to 6: 00 p.m. Guest access the house is widely avaiable of the guests, with private entry and parking. the house is heated with firewoods and fireplaces, there is not a heating system. this gives a very pleasant atmosphere, but in the coldest months it is possible to use also electrical radiators and gas heaters. in summer you can use a beautiful and big swimmingpool. The pool is in my property but guests have exclusive use of it from 10 00 am to 6 00 pm Other things to note I live in the house next door, with Paolo and two good, cheerful and well behaved dogs.
