Paradise by Lake Mälaren with sauna & 100 meters to beach

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Two cottages next to each other with the first floor facing Lake Mälaren. 50 meters to the water and 100 meters to the beach. A peaceful paradise at the end of a headland. The space Wonderful beachfront cottages in Stäudd outside Köping, a summer idyll. One cottage is from 2010 with an air heat pump that can be controlled by remote control. Open floor plan with kitchen and a fantastic glazed terrace next door overlooking Lake Mälaren and perfect for beautiful sunrises. Bathroom with heating. Living room, balcony and two bedrooms. The second cottage was built in 1955 with an area of 70 sqm. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Bright open living room. Fireplace for cozy moments, dining areas both inside and outside and in the glass veranda. Sauna with lounge. Small desk in the living room. Inside both cottages: Fully furnished cottages. The property is connected to fiber. You have free Wi-Fi and access to TV. The cottages also have air conditioning (air heat pump minimum 16 degrees). Both kitchens have a microwave & dishwasher. The dining area in one house can accommodate about 10 people and is located right next to the kitchen. All normal equipment is in the kitchen. There are a total of four bedrooms, (two in each cottage). One bedroom with wardrobes and double bed (2x90 cm). The other bedroom has two single beds (80 cm), windows (with curtains) facing Lake Mälaren with a shelf. The third bedroom has a double bed (2x90 cm), wardrobes and windows (with curtains) facing the garden. The fourth bedroom is on the second floor with two single beds. There are two sofa beds, one in each cottage. Extra mattresses can be added if needed. Bathroom 1: a shower, sink, toilet. Bathroom 2: a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. Outside the house: On the terrace you have access to outdoor furniture and a barbecue. If the weather is against you, you can still eat outside in the part of the terrace that is glazed (the veranda). The stone slabs in front of the house take you down to the jetty and the beach, where the morning swim can preferably be taken! You can fish from the jetty. For those of you traveling with children, we have some outdoor toys. As well as a trampoline. Outside the house you will have space to park three cars. You bring your own wood to burn in the fireplace. 12 km to Köping with restaurants and grocery stores.
