It is an elegant single villa with private garden, heated pool (not heated ) hot tub, open all year round and also has a wonderful lake view. Equipped with ample spaces and decorated with quality furnishings, this beautiful residence will give you a vacation in total relaxation and full of strong emotions. From the street you can directly access the garage, from which through a door, we could directly access the garden furnished with everything you need to spend moments of relaxation in company. Here we find the swimming pool, the whirlpool and a large room furnished with a kitchen, dining table and sofa bed (140 x 190), completed by a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Here is the ice machine and everything you need for breakfast. The outdoor stairs lead us to the first floor where the main entrance is located. A short hallway leads us to the large living room furnished with a sofa bed, dining table and kitchen from which you can access the large terrace where the view of the lake is spacious and exciting. On this floor we also find the two double bedrooms and the bedroom with bunk beds in addition to the two bathrooms with shower. The entire first floor is equipped with air conditioning. In the living room there is a double sofa bed that can be used as an alternative to the bunk bed.
