Cozy apartment "Bellavista A"

The apartment is located on a southwestern slope on the 2nd floor at the end of the village of Lenzerheide, overlooking the Scalottas-Danis-Lavoz mountain peaks and wonderful evening sun on the balcony. The nearest bus station (Clavadoiras) is 5 minutes away and the village center, with shops such as: Spar, Volg, Beck, butcher, post office, etc., is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment has an underground parking space with direct access to the house. The space Bedrooms The large master bedroom is equipped with a 180x200cm double bed, a sink, a large wardrobe and the possibility for an additional cot. (see impressions of the apartment) The children's room (on a gallery), which can be reached via a "spoon staircase" and is equipped with a 140x200 cm bunk bed and a wardrobe, offers enough sleeping comfort for young and older children. (Fall protection on the bed and on the stairs is available) Note: The children's/teen room can only be reached via a relatively steep "spoon staircase" (see photos bedroom 2) and is only suitable for children from approx. 5 years old to climb safely on their own. The beds are each only equipped with a duvet (160 x 200 cm). (Additional pillows are available in the closet) Living Area In the open living-dining area, a sofa and a cozy reading chair invite you to linger in front of the usable fireplace and the balcony lets you catch the last rays of the evening sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue set, dishes and cutlery for 6 people and a Nespresso coffee machine. Children's dishes and a high chair are provided. Bathrooms The small bathroom with toilet and sink convinces with a bathtub, which invites you to relax after long hikes, bike tours or days of skiing. Hairdryer and shower mat are provided. Towels are provided. Additional In the basement there is a communal washing machine and a dryer. It can be operated with 20 centimes. Various sleds are also available for our guests in the ski room (in the neighboring building, accessible via the underground garage). Guest access The apartment is freely accessible. Two cabinet units are locked as they contain our private belongings.
