House near the Vääksy canal

Large older detached house in the vicinity of the idyllic boutiques and canal milieu of Old Vääksi. Private fenced yard. Large playground, cultural attractions, brewery and restaurants, and outdoor areas are within walking distance. A larger group is proven to bathe in a wood-fired sauna. Bicycle travelers can safely store their bikes in locked spaces. Dogs are also welcome. Bring your own towels and sheets when you come! The space The house is a time-worn and in some places a unique representative of the 1960s. However, most of the appliances and furniture are new/relatively new. The house is the home of a family with children, which is rented out when the family is in another locality for work. - Three bedrooms (total of 5 beds) - 140cm sofa bed for two in the fireplace room - Two spare beds (foam) and a baby blanket - 2x toilet, separate bathroom and sauna - Desk and chair in the study - Washing machine - a dining table for four in the kitchen and for six in the dining room - a box of barbecues, soft toys, poles and rings for children Distances: - Vääksy shopping center approx. 1.3 km (grocery stores, Alko, pharmacy, specialty stores) - Vääksy canal 300m (cafes, brewery, restaurants) - Old Vääksy boutiques, cafes and Norrlin park 500m - express bus stop (Old Vääksy market square) approx. 500m - Kalmarinranta 1 km (one of the best beaches in Southern Finland!) - Sports hall, gym, library and Aurinkovuosi ski and outdoor trails 600m - Large playground 200m - Football field 400m Guest access The house and yard are available for guests. The garage can't fit a car, but the bikes can be locked up and protected from the weather. Other things to note Final cleaning is not included in the price of the accommodation, so please take the trash to the garbage can and do a light final cleaning (i.e. wipe the toilets and kitchen and vacuum the spaces you use), thank you!
