House near the Vääksy Canal

Big older single-family house in the vicinity of idyllic Old Vääksy boutiques and canal milieu. Own fenced yard. Large playground, cultural sites, brewery and restaurants, and outdoor terrain are within walking distance. In a wood-burning sauna, a larger group of proven people bathe. Bike travelers can safely store their bikes in locked spaces. Dogs are also welcome. Please bring your own towels and sheets when you arrive! The space The house is time-patified and in some places is a unique representative of the 1960s. However, the main part of the appliances and furniture is new/new. A house is a home for a family with children, which is rented when the family is in another location due to work. - Three bedrooms (total 5 beds) - 140cm sofa bed for two in the fireplace room - Two spare (memory foam) and baby duvet - 2x toilet, separate bathroom and sauna - desk and chair in the study - Laundry machine - in the kitchen, a dining table for four and in the dining room for six - children with a box of barbs, stuffed toys, poles and rings Distances: - Vääksy business center about1 ,3km (grocery stores, Alko, pharmacy, specialty shops) - Vääksy Canal 300m (cafes, brewery, restaurants) - Old Vääksy boutiques, cafes, and Norrlin Park 500m - express stop (Old Vääksy market) approx. 500m - Kalmarinranta 1km (the best beaches in Southern Finland!) - Sports hall, gym, library and sun year ski and outdoor trail 600m - Big playground 200m - soccer field 400m Guest access The house and yard are for guest use. The garage can't accommodate a car, but the bikes can be locked up and protected from the weather. Other things to note The final cleaning is not included in the price of the stay, so please take the trash to the trash canopy and do a light final cleaning (that is, you're wiping down the toilets and kitchen, and vacuuming the spaces you use), thanks!
