Although a safety net has been installed, it is recommended that children under 10 years of age go up under the protection of their parents for safety. The door to the second floor is at the end of the left side of the first floor, and you can enter through the garden stairs. You can take a walk around the building and garden, park up to 7 cars in the parking lot in front, and use the Yongju Seowon parking lot. You can park on the artificial lawn in the front yard on the first floor. If you have more than two cars, you can use the garden parking lot. Children and pets can run and play in the yard and garden. Other things to note ☆ Minors are not allowed to stay without an accompanying adult. ☆ Please inquire about the locking device when entering the room for safety. Gamsuni is guarding in the yard on the 1st floor, there is a CCTV camera, and the host lives on the 1st floor, so it is absolutely safe. ☆ There is a flat-coated retriever dog in front of the first floor, and if you are afraid of dogs, I hope you will not be surprised to suddenly find it. Gamsuni is neutralized and is really gentle. It never bites or does anything, and only barks loudly. Deok is a safety guard of the pension, so please look pretty^^ ☆ The garden is not flat, so there are stones and rocks. When you go for a walk, please wear comfortable shoes such as sneakers and be careful not to fall over. ☆ Be careful as the rooftop can be slippery if it is wet. ☆☆☆ Bedding may be contaminated with cosmetics or food. It cannot be erased even after washing, so it must be disposed of. We will charge a small fee if the item is contaminated or damaged. Do not put used bedding in the closet as it is washed. It is 1 bedding per person and should not be taken out and used arbitrarily. Please contact us first.
