Log cabin at Gruddbogården

In Gruddbo, the heart of Sollerön, is this log cabin overlooking Gesundaberget. The 32 sqm cottage sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms and has room for 2 people in a fold-out kitchen sofa. Trinett kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and freezer compartment. Fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. From the balcony, the sun can be enjoyed all day where there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The farm is surrounded by a farmyard with cows and horses on the farm and only 900 meters to the beach. The space GENERAL INFORMATION The cottage is 32 m² and has central heating, a kitchenette with a three-ring hob, two bedrooms, and a fully tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet. We provide cleaning materials, shampoo/conditioner, cleaning products, spices, olive oil, coffee, toilet paper, kitchen roll and charcoal. Let me know if anything runs out or breaks. This applies even if the accident has arrived and something in the bed needs to be washed. As the main house and guest house are close to each other, we ask for mutual respect and sound volume towards each other. -Bed linen is available to borrow for SEK 150/set. -Towels are available to borrow for SEK 75/set. WELL-BEING RULES - Smoking on the grounds not allowed - The pool is not available to guests - The barbecue area by the house is not available to guests as it is under construction. -Quiet hours before 8 am and after 10 pm SLEEP - 180 cm bed with mattress protector, pillows and duvet in the large bedroom - 2 single beds in the small room with mattress covers, pillows and duvets - Pull-out kitchen sofa that converts into a bed measuring approximately 120 cm. A mattress for the kitchen sofa is located under the large bed. -Extra duvets and pillows are available -An extra 80 mattress to sleep on the floor is available, as well as a small children's mattress with sheets. TV & WIFI - Smart TV -Code to WiFi on arrival KITCHEN -In the kitchen cabinets, there are glasses, crockery, pitchers, bowls and bowls. -In the TV bench there is a kettle, toaster and electric whisk as well as pans and pots PATIO -Meat table with 5 seats on deck - Charcoal grill. Charcoal is in the storage box - The awning can be used if you attach it with the tension straps that are in the cushion box, as there will be gusts of wind. PARKING - Park next to the fenced yard and gate on the corner of the Gruddbovägen-Kulåravägen junction. Space for 2 cars.
