In summer, numerous hiking trails invite you - from the Geo-Lehrpfad [Geological nature trail] via the Karröster Alm to the Gipfelglück [summit happiness] on the Tschirgant. In winter, the nearby Hoch-Imst ski resort (only 6 km away) attracts visitors with perfect slopes and tobogganing fun for families. Come and recharge your batteries – the sun (almost) always shines with us! 🌞 The space Our spacious 90 m² apartment in a fantastic location is ideal for families, hiking enthusiasts, winter sports enthusiasts or simply for relaxation. Numerous excursion destinations in the Ötztal, Pitztal and Imst and surroundings are quickly accessible because of the central location of our accommodation. For all guests: VACATION(S)PASS - Imst Card with numerous advantages and price reductions among partners throughout the outdoor region of Imst. The apartment: • Fully equipped modern kitchen with cozy dining area • Living room with comfortable couch and TV (Netflix) • Bathroom with shower • Separate toilet • Bedroom 1: with double bed • Bedroom 2: optional with 2 single beds OR 1 double bed • Baby cot(s), high chair and changing table are available if needed • Private sitting area in the garden 🏡 overlooking the mountains and the village. 🏔️ Fantastic views of the surrounding mountain landscape from all rooms. On our farm live some rabbits🐰, ducks🦆, chickens🐓, as well as 2 cats🐈 🐈‍⬛. Guest access Free parking is available right in front of the house.
