Mini cabin in the middle of nature

Experience the simple and peaceful cabin life in the middle of lovely western nature. Surrounded by mountains, rivers, water and forest, this small cabin is located nearby. Here you really get the feeling of being in the middle of nature. The area offers nice hiking opportunities both towards Stølsheimen and Matrefjellene. For climbers, the great field for rumbling in Matre is a 5 minute drive away, and a great big wall is close to the cabin. The cabin also has its very own bouldering stone a few minutes walk away. The space Our cabin at Fossevannet is a cozy little place. To get to the cabin you need a car. There is about 150 meters to walk on path from the parking area to the cabin. The cabin has a simple cabin standard. The tap water is roof water that is great for washing up and coffee. For drinking water, we have a convenient water filter tank that you fill up with the roof water. Hot water we get from the tank that is on the wood stove. Or of course you can heat up on the gas stove. There is no shower in the cabin. We call the cabin a tiny cabin! For it consists of only an open living room/kitchen solution and two small bedrooms with bunk beds. The wood stove quickly heats the cabin, and in the wood-burning stove we have made both pizza and rolls. Down by the water we have a canoe lying around, of course you can borrow and take a trip on the water!. Maybe out to the little island you see in the distance? There are two life jackets at the cabin. There is also a nice shallow beach below the cabin. Very nice for kids on a hot summer day. It is also possible to swim in the river which is about 300 meters east of the cabin. There are two large rocks close to the cabin that are nice to climb on for those who like bouldering. Please look at the map for where they are located. We've refurbished a few lines and made a little lead for you who are interested in it! Guest access Hele hytten. Other things to note We would prefer that you bring your own bed linen or sleeping bag and towels. Duvets and pillows are available at the cabin. It is possible to hire bed linen - let us know in advance if you want this. It costs 150 NOK per set. Available at the cabin: Firewood, toiletpaper, candles, matches, eqiupment and soap for dishwashing and cleaning the cabin. Soap for handwash. Guests must clean the cabin themselves at the end of the stay. Practical equipment for this is located in the cabin. Due to the location we are not able to offer cleaning service.
