Room, house with patio. LGBTQ+ ONLY 6 months or more

The house is spacious and sunny. The view is wonderful. There is a patio, where I am planting some gardens. The room I offer is not large, it fits a 1 1/2 bed and there is free space. Size is compensated with common spaces: living room (1st floor), living room (2nd) and patio. This is a vegetarian, artistic, queer, and leftist house. 420. There is fairly fast wifi. The neighborhood is very quiet and very close to downtown Concepción, next to the USS and other universities. Safe space. 6 months or more. The space There is plenty of space. There is freedom to occupy it as you like, always with respect to the work and the space itself. There will always be good music and good vibes. Guest access You have access to everything in the house. I expect the care and responsible use of appliances. Cleaning is done by everyone, I assume individual responsibility. Washing dishes, sweeping, and cleaning the bathroom are the minimum things expected. During your stay The idea is to live with whoever you live with, that is, to share, cook, work together to live better. Other things to note There is a fair in several places around, nearby neighborhood stores that open late and every day. Bottle shops everywhere. Delivery arrives without problems.
