Combined Living, Dining and Kitchen Space: The cozy living area features a couch and plenty of seating for family and friends. The dining table seats 6 people. The kitchen counter seats 4 people. HOUSE RULES: • Please respect the property and neighbors. • No smoking. • No parties allowed. • Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. • Pets are allowed upon request. An $80 fee/pet will be charged. • Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am. • Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand. • Failure to comply with the rules will result in a penalty. • Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire home to yourself. Other things to note [Important]: The fireplace is currently out of order and cannot be used. Please do not attempt to light a fire. We are arranging a replacement in the coming months.
