Long Acres Park is set on the edge of the Cotswolds AONB, only 5 miles from the picturesque village of Broadway. Number 35 provides the perfect self catering base for staying in the area and visiting many of the local destinations. The property has full gas central heating double glazing and space to sleep four persons. There is an en-suite double bedroom and twin room with two single beds. Pets and smoking are not permitted within Number 35. The space Number 35 has full gas central heating with a Hive thermostat for easy control of the indoor temperature, all fuel and power is included. The property has a modern U-shaped kitchen, gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a Tassimo coffee machine, please supply your own pods. With space to sleep four persons there is an en-suite double bedroom with king size bed and twin room with two 70cm x 180cm single beds. The en-suite has a shower, toilet and hand basin whilst the family bathroom has a bath, shower over, toilet and hand basin. The lounge has a 50” smart TV connected to the free Wi-Fi so you can stream and watch content. French doors open out from the lounge to the large veranda where you can sit outside to relax or dine alfresco. Number 35 has private parking for two vehicles next to the lodge. All bedding and towels are included. Guest access Number 35 is set on Long Acres Park in a central cul-de-sac area of the park. The park is accessed off Broadway Road just outside Evesham through a card controlled barrier. The main entrance is covered by CCTV ensuring the site is safe and secure at all times Number 35 has private gravel parking for two vehicles next to the lodge. There are four steps up to the lodge but once inside the lodge is on one level. Pets and smoking are not permitted within Number 35. Other things to note There are some locked cupboards containing the owners personal items. All bedding and towels are included. A farm shop is located approximately 0.25miles away on the opposite side of Broadway Road, There is a choice of three supermarkets and four pubs within 1.75 miles. Local places to visit include Stratford up on Avon home of the Royal Shakespeare Company, Broadway, Snowshill Manor , Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway, Worcester Cathedral, Hailes Abbey, Sudeley Castle, Cotswold Wildlife Park and other Cotswold villages and attractions including Bourton on the Water and Winchcombe. Evesham itself has an Art Deco cinema “The Regal” and the Henrician Theatre. The town has many pubs, a leisure centre and take-aways catering for all tastes, most of whom will deliver to Long Acres Park. Further afield Pershore has Number 8 Arts Centre whilst Worcester has the Swan Theatre and Huntingdon Hall plus live music venues.
